Abstract

Background. The use of calibration as a metrological procedure to improve the accuracy of measurements performed using the measuring channels of measuring systems in working conditions are considered. The purpose of this article is to show one of the possible solutions to the problem of improving the accuracy of measuring systems.
Materials and methods. As a method of research was had applied the method of Monte Carlo.
Results. The results of experimental research of method of calibration of measuring channels of measuring systems based on the use of portable standard used in the working conditions of measuring channels of measuring systems, and stationary standard located in the laboratory are given. The sources of measurement uncertainty during calibration are analyzed.
Conclusions. Тhe efficiency and applicability of calibration of measuring channels of measuring systems in working conditions as a way to improve the accuracy of measurements and measuring systems have been proved.
