Possibilities of increase of stability micromechanical capacitor accelerometer, constructed on the basis switched-capacitor measuring circuit with pulsing balancing. The measuring circuit with twosteps control is considered. Increase of stability of a target signal is reached by an optimum choice of parametres of its elements. Reduction of influence of flikkernoise is reached at the expense of use of the circuit with multisteps control.
