The possibility of measuring the informative parameters of eddy current sensors using custom models, allowing you to achieve acceptable for practical purposes the accuracy of the measurement and determination of the complete set of parameters of the circuit extends the functionality of the considered sensors and allows to correct additional errors caused by external destabilizing factors.
