The article is hard-ware-software complex of technical means for the disabled through acoustic signals. Emphasizes the urgency of the task of research and development system for people with disabilities by means of social adaptation. We propose an algorithm of the control system based on the use of adaptive mathematical apparatus Hilbert–Huang transform.
