Abstract |
Background. The relevance of the use of telemedicine technologies has increased sharply in the context of the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19. Due to the high workload of hospitals, the Russian Ministry of Health recommended that the regions organize medical care using telemedicine technologies for patients with confirmed COVID-19 at home. Existing telemedicine information and communication systems only allow making an appointment with a doctor in a clinic, remote consultations of a patient (secondary appointment) and do not include measuring instruments for continuous remote observation (monitoring) of a patient's condition. This determines the urgency of the task of supplementing the existing telemedicine information and communication systems with a personalized information and measuring system for monitoring the patient's condition. |
