Abstract

Background. The article studies the metallization process of piezoelements in order to increase the stability of their parameters.
Materials and methods. It is shown that the most technologically proven methods for the formation of electrodes of piezoelectric elements are silver firing and chemical precipitation of nickel.
Results. The main theoretical and practical aspects of these methods were analyzed. Practical recommendations for the metallization process are proposed.
Conclusions. These processes metallization fully meet the requirements for piezoelements from the point of view of creating a durable conductive layer on the surface of the element.
