Abstract

Background. The aim is to study the electrical activity of the heart based on the Aliev – Panfilov model and visualization of the propagation of excitation waves in the myocardium during cardiac.
Materials and methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of research works made in the field of non-invasive cardio diagnosis and the mathematical physics. The studies analyzed the methods of the mathematical modeling of electrical processes in the myocardium. In conducting research were used methods cardiology, numerical differentiation and information systems.
Results. Constructed and investigated a model of the propagation of excitation in the heart muscle, the analysis of the model parameters, obtained by the excitation pulse profile Aliev-Panfilov model, performed visualization of electrical activity of the heart during the cardiac cycle.
Conclusions. The results of modeling and visualization of the electrical activity of the heart will improve the diagnostic efficiency of the cardiovascular system of the patient.

Key words
