Abstract

Background. The structural scheme of safety measures on the basis of integrated and operational monitoring systems has been described. The analysis of the existing approaches to solve safety ensuring problem of the given values of technical characteristics throughout the entire operation period of launch complexes and ground space infrastructure has been carried out. The work is aimed to determine the directions of safety ensuring of the ground-based space infrastructure objects on the basis of control and operational monitoring systems.
Materials and methods. A systematic approach to solve the safety ensuring problem for the launch complexes and ground-based space infrastructure has been used.
Results. The elements of the safety ensuring concept for the ground space infrastructure objects on the basis of control and operational monitoring systems are presented. The necessity to form a reference model of the operational and technical characteristics for the launch complex and the ground space infrastructure is shown.
Conclusions. The proposed conceptual approach for the development of the integrated and operational monitoring system will allow to coordinate and match relevant operations through the use of ready-made techniques and information technologies.
