Abstract |
Background. Object of research are methods for the identification of equivalent circuits of parametric sensors in the form of a bipolar electric circuit. Known methods of identification based on the analysis of the spectral characteristics, as use of intermediate values of the intensity components of the output signal, which depend on voltage, current and other factors, including noise. Higher accuracy is achieved by using intermediate values of frequency and phase, which are more resistant to interference, and the accuracy of the frequency standard (time) is much higher. Therefore, the development of methods for the identification of equivalent circuits of parametric sensors for their phase characteristics, of course, relevant. The aim of this work is to develop methods, conditions, and identifying the characteristic features that facilitate the identification of equivalent circuits in the form of a bipolar electric chains on the basis of the study of the phase-frequency characteristics. |
