Abstract

Background. The relevance of the topic is due to the importance of the tasks of ensuring economic efficiency in organizing production activities and, in this regard, the need to determine technical and economic indicators of service quality in the system of metrological bodies. The purpose of the work is to analyze and substantiate the composition of the technical and economic indicators of the quality of the organization of production activities, develop and describe approaches to their calculation considering the structural and functional parameters of the distributed system of metrological bodies in decentralized service.
Results. The composition of technical and economic indicators for evaluation of organization quality and performance of production activities in decentralized system of metrological bodies is considered. The description and basic calculation ratios for determining the indicators for the distributed system of sources of service requests and metrological bodies presented in the form of a model of a mass service network are given. 
Conclusion. Using the considered approach, technical and economic indicators of the quality of organization of production activities in a decentralized distributed system of metrological bodies can be determined. The obtained results can be used in comparative analysis of variants, as well as in solving optimization tasks for organization and planning of production  activities.
