Abstract |
Background. The issue of increasing spatial resolution in the analysis of maps of the distribution of electric potential due to the electrical activity of the heart is considered. The spatial resolution is compared on the potential map on the torso surface and on the potential map on the quasi-epicardium surrounding the heart. The influence of the number and placement of electrodes on the possibility of recording the upper spatial frequencies is analyzed. The study is relevant in the tasks of increasing the information content of electrocardiographic examinations by reconstructing the parameters of an equivalent electric heart generator (EEGS). |
